米(mi)粒細長形(xing)或(huo)長橢圓形(xing),長度在7毫米(mi)以上,蒸煮后出飯率高(gao),粘性較(jiao)小,米(mi)質較(jiao)脆,加工(gong)時易破碎(sui),橫斷面(mian)呈扁(bian)圓形(xing),顏(yan)色白色透明的較(jiao)多,也有(you)半透明和不透明的。
